Vegetarian Support Group
Do any of you cook with seitan or tempeh? I need a good source of protein that isn't full of phytoestrogens and not high carbs. Beans are good protein but sometimes I want something with less carbs.
I'm not sure if it's related to the recent diet change or not, but that feels like what it is. I keep getting so irritable and irritated at everything. I can't focus. Has this happened to anyone else?
