The best thing in life that ever happen to me was that I needed knee surgery this past summer. The Dr. was concern about my weight and rather I had clogged arteries... You know!!! He Lectured me for 15 minutes telling me I was unhealthy and I would be a risk if I was too go under the knife. So being he brought up the fact that he was afraid of my arteries being clogged I gave up on meats and walked everyday. I dropped a massive amount of weight by doing so!!! Yet my diet is not perfect!!! I'm looking for suggestings of what and how much I should eat!!! What Vitamins would you recommend? Anyways I'm loving the new life style!!!

Congrats! Good job. I went from a size 14 to a size 6 and I feel like I'm no longer carrying around a back pack all day. I wish more people knew that you're not losing anything by going veggie - you gain so much more.
As for vitamins - the only one I take is B12. Makes a big differenc for energy.

Congrats! Years ago, I was size 22, and after learning what to eat (Weight Watchers was a huge help) I gradually got down to a size 8 or so. After going mainly plant-based (I'm not 100% quite yet) I'm now size 4 to 6. It can be done! Hooray for you!!!!! :-)

I take calcium and a multivitamin, although not every day...I can be forgetful!
